Established in September 2022, Warri Ladies' Vanguard North America became the ninth branch of the Warri Ladies Vanguard in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

Warri Ladies Vanguard is a non-political socio-cultural organization, that was founded in 1958 in Warri, which was then part of the Midwest State of Nigeria.

Starting with 17 professional Itsekiri women. The organization's long-standing motto, 'Service to The Nation,' embodies its dedication to serving the Itsekiri nation and mirrors the vision and disciplined expansion of its membership for over sixty years.

The organization's branches are widespread, including locations in Warri, Benin, Lagos, the United Kingdom, Sapele, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt, Kaduna, Abuja, North America, and most recently, Asaba in Delta State, Nigeria.
