In September 2022, Warri Ladies' Vanguard North America was inaugurated as the nineth branch of Warri Ladies Vanguard in Warri, Delta State Nigeria.

Founded in 1958, in Warri, in the then Midwest State, Nigeria, Warri Ladies Vanguard was established as a non-political socio-cultural organization. At its inception the membership, which was only in Warri, and was made up of 17 professional Itsekiri Women,

Warri Ladies Vanguard (Agura Iwere) was founded on the motto ‘Service to The Nation’, the service of the National organization and its branches to the Itsekiri nation will always be credited primarily to the vision of the organization and the very disciplined way its membership has thrived for over sixty years.

Among its branches are Warri, Benin, Lagos, Sapele, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt, Kaduna, United Kingdom and North America.
